Welcome to the Learning and Language Team

Who are we?

The Learning and Language Team are an established team of Specialist Dyslexia Teachers, holding AMBDA (Associate Members of the British Dyslexia Association) status and APC (Assessment Practising Certificate).

We have supported schools and pupils in Middlesbrough for many years and have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding the identification and support of pupils with dyslexia and literacy difficulties.

What is our aim?

To identify pupil’s individual learning needs; overcome barriers to learning and improve access to the curriculum, in order to raise achievement.
